This singular wine comes from a white vinification of the best Negroamaro grapes harvested by hand at the beginning of September.
Brilliant with greenish reflections, the nose reveals notes of fresh white flowers and mineral hints. The taste is full, round and structured. The pleasant sapidity leaves a sensation of full freshness on the palate.
To be combined with appetizers and aperitifs. It goes well with seafood first courses, risottos and lightly aged cheeses.
