ASTERI Rosé Primitivo IGT Salento Bio
Asteri is a rosé wine made only from Primitivo grapes harvested by hand during the first ten days of September which benefit from the constant presence of winds blowing from the Otranto Channel.
The scent is fresh, summery, with hints of Mediterranean scrub. Delicate hints of rose, wild berries, cherry and pink grapefruit are perceived on the nose. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, ready to drink.
Recommended with savory appetizers, fries, seafood soups, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Testimonials
I love drinking Tenuta Corallo wines, perfect both for every day on convivial occasions and for special occasions! Highly recommended!!
During the tasting we drank the Chora, Matrìa, Orterosse, Mesena, Asteri and Milìa. They were all top wines.
