The handmade harvest preserves the integrity of the bunches in order to express the marvellous characteristics of this grape. Permanence on its own yeast and sediments of 24 months. Pleasant and delicate fine perlage can have a nice pairing with seafood, fish. Ideal as aperitif and whole meal long taste.
